Meet the Chef

Raykwon Forcier
Executive Chef

Born and raised in Southern New Hampshire, Chef Raykwon Forcier’s passion for food began at the age of 13 while helping his mom as she worked with a local caterer. By 19, he had worked his way up the culinary ladder to Sous Chef and soon after became an Executive Chef.

After working in various kitchens, Chef Raykwon honed his skills at Southern New Hampshire University’s culinary program. Although he has acquired a wide range of culinary talents, Chef has found a special appreciation for French and Southwestern cooking. 

One of Chef's most prized accomplishments is the popular Bando Chicken Sandwich which expresses the bold flavors that Chef loves.

Michael Xenakis

The Xenakis family have owned various businesses in North Andover for over 40 years. What started with their fathers, John and Mathew, has now been carried on by their sons, cousins Jim and Mike. Their newest adventure together has been the best one yet when they opened Brix Grille in October of 2023.
